Matt Bayazitoglu, MD is board certified both in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and Pain Medicine. As a fellowship-trained interventional physiatrist, Dr. Bayazitoglu has a special interest in diagnosing and treating spine disorders and pain with a comprehensive approach. Treatment emphasis is placed on making an accurate diagnosis, educating the patient, and overseeing specialized therapy to improve patient functioning. If warranted, Dr. Bayazitoglu performs EMG/NCS studies and interventional procedures including epidural steroid injections, nerve blocks, and joint injections under fluoroscopy. Dr. Bayazitoglu also treats general rehabilitation patients, musculoskeletal/sports injuries, and pains associated with arthritis and neurologic injuries. Aside from practicing medicine, Dr. Bayazitoglu enjoys traveling, outdoor adventures, sports, politics, music, surfing, and teaching. He is welcoming new patients and accepts most insurance plans.
